ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT PART 2 – CARDIFF

We are on the lookout for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our Cardiff studio working on a range of exciting projects both in the UK and abroad.

You will have an opportunity to demonstrate your passion for design, together with your co-ordination, innovation and technical expertise to help deliver great projects which not only exceed our clients’ expectations but also reflect our vision and values.

We work collaboratively, with all of our projects benefiting from the invaluable experience and enthusiasm that our accumulated knowledge brings.

We are looking for architectural assistants who are creative in their approach to developing design solutions, that are progressive and can to bring talent and capability to our like-minded team.

We are looking for driven and proactive individuals, with an open and inquisitive mind-set and a concern for quality.

Your skills

  • You will have a strong working knowledge of CAD, preferably Revit although we will provide training
  • Be highly computer literate, skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and/or Affinity and SketchUp applications
  • Be a confident presenter both verbally and visually using software and hand drawing skills
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision

 

Your qualifications and experience

  • The role will suit a Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant with broad experience
  • Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
  • Working knowledge of town planning procedures
