Scott Brownrigg Interior Design has completed the show apartment and Sales and Marketing Suite for 250 City Road. The show apartment incorporates sleek, modern design and generously proportioned, unique living spaces that provide spectacular views across the capital and will reflect the design for the 137 luxury apartments.

It offers a taste of the stunning, triple-aspect views of the City and beyond, which future residents will enjoy and is inspired by the development’s outstanding vistas and a location that is regarded as a thrilling pulse point at which London’s key creative, tech and financial districts meet.

The design presents a sumptuous, chic aesthetic that showcases the latest in luxe designed for modern, flexible living. The interiors at once contrast with and complement the scheme’s cutting-edge exterior aesthetic. A refined, sleek interior finish exudes calm and resonates with spaciousness while incorporating the latest technologies, such as underfloor heating and comfort cooling, throughout.

The two-bedroom show apartment is arranged to maximise living space, with the 505 sq ft open-plan living area taking centre stage, flanked by two commodious bedroom suites. A glazed winter garden adjacent to floor-to-ceiling windows flood the expansive interior space with natural light and maximise the exceptional views. Grey wash timber floors and precision-appointed ceiling lights further enhance the aesthetic by leading the eye through the space.

The bathrooms themselves offer similarly exceptional design. Mirroring the apartment as a whole, the master bath is stunningly configured with a free-standing, blue-tooth enabled tub – which can act as a speaker - positioned before double-aspect, floor-to-ceiling window, offering a visual treat without the bather being overlooked. A double-vanity and large walk-in shower are finished in soft-hued, marble-effect porcelain tiles, which express the room’s horizontal planes and, once again, lead the eye to the outside view.
