Collaboration, inclusion and diversity are attitudes that bind Scott Brownrigg together as a practice and make our creative journey so enjoyable. Diverse perspectives add value.

By supporting the Architectural Review and Architects’ Journals’ Women in Architecture programme we are helping to elevate the gender and diversity dialogue amongst our industry peers - supporting the drive for access and equality at all levels of the profession. The programme provides us with valuable insight, learning and practical ideas.
We recruit on talent alone and over the last few years we have seen a trend - more female Part 1’s and Part 2’s have been joining us. Our focus is now on ensuring this gender diversity is retained for the future in the practice and the profession.

Our initiatives to support this intent, such as flexible working and our career development roadmap, offering a structured progression to operational and strategic leadership levels, are good for everybody. Our mentoring and leadership programmes are offered to all across the company.

“Collaboration, inclusion and diversity are attitudes that bind Scott Brownrigg together. We look forward to continuing to work with the programme and its partners to improve industry diversity and support gender balance in our practice and the profession.”
