Aleksandra joined Scott Brownrigg in 2014 and is based in the London studio. She has extensive experience working within the architectural industry managing the wider HR function encompassing recruitment and retention, employee relations, benefits and compensation, training and development. As Head of People & Culture, Aleksandra helps shape the people strategy in line with the company vision and values and the Business Plan.

She provides support, expertise and guidance to staff across all the practice’s offices both in the UK and internationally. Working closely with the Finance Director and the Operations Board, Aleksandra and her team provide a comprehensive HR service to the business whilst promoting and reinforcing the company’s collaborative, supportive, diverse and inclusive culture where people feel engaged, valued and recognised.
