Richard sits on the Strategic Board. He leads the residential and industrial sectors at Scott Brownrigg and has board responsibility for Marketing and Communications within the practice.

Richard is based in the London head office where he chairs the practice's Global Development Team. He also has board responsibility for the practice's New York office and USA expansion plans. Richard has the strong belief that sharing expertise and talent globally will create a more sustainable practice.

As an architect, Richard has a wealth of experience in the design and implementation of high-density residential and mixed-use schemes. He strives to create simple, refined solutions to complex urban problems through collaborative design.

He has worked on a number of high profile, award-winning schemes including Vista Chelsea Bridge and Chelsea Bridge Wharf in Battersea, 3 Down Street Mews in Knightsbridge, London Road, Staines, Cambium (shortlisted for RESI Development of the Year, and a Sunday Times British Home Award) and Bodleian Storage Facility for Oxford University.

Richard regularly sits on the RESI Award judging panel.
